“Market of Love” invites you to examine the ways love is being choreographed and the processes that lie behind this social choreography. Departing from two points – the effect of mass media on the perception and purpose of love and its operation in the matchmaking world, the performance is questioning how love operates in today’s life economy. What are the processes through which emotions are made a commodity, and what is the logic that predetermines the way we relate, and that to certain extent choreographs our behaviour? Dragana Bulut is for the second time at Antistatic after presenting her performance-auction “Pass it On” 2012.
Lady Tremaine: What on earth have you’ve been doing?
